How to Apply
The courses of OPAHK are available from 1 September 2011 to 31 August 2012, Mondays to Saturdays (except public holidays).
Application from September 2011 to June 2012 is available now. For courses in July & August 2012, application begins on 1 March 2012.
To secure the booking, you are advised to submit the application at least 3 months in advance.

The application will be confirmed by fax or e-mail within one week upon receipt of the application form. Please contact our staff at 3923 2328 if you do not receive notification.

- Please provide credit card details during application and settle the payment by credit card.
- Deposit the fee in cash directly to The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation account 002-523165-001, and send or fax (fax no.: 2518 8665)** the pay-in-slip with confirmation letter to the Ocean Park Academy, Hong Kong. (Please deposit the fee upon course confirmation)
- Make crossed cheques payable to "Ocean Park Corporation" and mail to "Ocean Park Academy, Hong Kong, Ocean Park, Wong Chuk Hang, Aberdeen, Hong Kong".
- If the payment cannot be settled within aforementioned period, please contact our staff. We reserve the right to cancel the application.
- The "Teachers Notice" will be sent to the school after payment. The receipt will be issued on the visiting day.
- Tickets can only be used on the date of validation, they are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other tickets.
- For every 10 student tickets purchased per tour, one teacher's complimentary ticket will be issued for the teacher to take care of the students. Students cannot use the complimentary ticket. Any extra accompanying adult must purchase the adult ticket for admission.
- If participants (including students, teachers and extra adults) wish to stay in the Park after the programme, stay-behind fee should be paid before entry, please refer to 'Course Fee' for details.
- Please contact us if the number of participants exceeds the course capacity.
- Schools can apply scholarships for students in need of financial aid. Please refer to the 'Student Sponsorship Scheme' of OPAHK for details.
- We can arrange a pre-tour site visit for confirmed bookings, please refer to our website for further details.

Terms & Conditions
- Applicants must be a registered Educational Organisation in the HKSAR.
- Participants of Teacher Day Camp should be school teachers, parents from Parent Teacher Associations, or other educators. Groups comprised of a mixture of teachers, parents, and educators from different schools and organisations are welcome.
- The minimum number of students for each course is 20.
- All courses are conducted in Cantonese or English. Special request for other languages should be made in advance with OPAHK staff.
- Course content may be subjected to changes without prior notice.
- No food and beverages are to be taken into the park.
- All photos and videos taken at Ocean Park are not allowed for commercial use without prior approval from Ocean Park Corporation. Admission to the Park signifies your permission and agreement for Ocean Park to take and use your photographs or images for educational and promotional purposes.
- Applicants are not allowed to advertise in the name of "Ocean Park Corporation" or "Ocean Park Academy" without prior approval from Ocean Park Corporation.
- Teachers might need to escort the group to the gathering point by taking the Ocean Express to the exhibits on their own.
- If the following situations occurred, OPAHK would reschedule the day of visit for the affected school/organisation within one month, counting from the day affected:
- The Hong Kong Observatory issues a red or black rainstorm warning, or;
- The Hong Kong Observatory hoists a typhoon signal number 3 or above, or;
- Education Bureau or Social Welfare Department announces the suspension of schools.
- The course fees are valid until 31 August 2012.
- A condition of entry is to comply with all the Park's By-laws and safety rules which are available at the entrances of Ocean Park, Ocean Park shall be under no liability or responsibility for any loss of any kind or any damage to any property of any person in the Park.
- Please note some of the Ocean Park facilities could be closed for renovation work.
- Programmes and dates are subject to change and/or cancellation due to occasional animal needs.
Ticketing
- Teachers should approach our ticketing office for the admission procedure upon arrival at Ocean Park. Please then proceed to the designated gathering location as mentioned on "Teacher's Notice".
- All participants should leave Ocean Park after completion of the course. Participant who would like to enjoy park facilities after the course, must pay the "stay-behind" surcharge in advance.
